[Position]
Public Relations Manager
[Job Description]
- With direction of In-market Country Manager and Global PR Manager,
this role is responsible for media relations, media monitoring,
press release distribution, media database management, corporate communications, issue management and promotions,
as well as managing the IHMP/visiting journalist program in Korea
- Work with Marketing Service Manager to ensure the PR plan is in line
with TA’s marketing strategy in market
[Requirements]
- Demonstrated skills and experience in public relations,
media relations and consumer promotions.
- Sound understanding of the local media scene and demonstrated ability
to establish a media network
- Maturity to cope up with challenging situations
and to enhance a team work
- Effective communication skills both in Korean and in English
- Sound experience in budget and project management
- Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet packages
(ideally Word and Excel)
- Well developed negotiation, liaison and coordination ability
- As good understanding of the local and global travel industry environment
- Ability to think creatively and pro-actively
